As the public process nears commencement, given the unprecedented nature of the plans by St. Vincent Hospital and the Rudin Family to build a new hospital and residential project, Community Board 2 has created a special “omnibus committee” to review these proposals, which includes landmark and zoning approvals. The committee will be comprised of the chairs of the relevant CB 2 committees:

The second meeting of the Omnibus SVH Committee will consist of a public hearing on February 25, at 6:30 p.m. to be co-sponsored by local elected officials in the Auditorium at PS 41 on 11 th St , just west of Sixth Ave.
